By using the Qadrha app, you agree to the terms and conditions set out in this document. Please read them carefully before using the app. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please refrain from using the app.

رفع صورة الاستمارة لاستخراج بيانات السيارة تلقائياً
Track your car's maintenance schedule and due dates
Understand your car's warranty status and inspection procedures
Estimate your car's market value (Car Value Score)
Receive car-related recommendations via the AI Advisor
Upload your Istimara to extract vehicle data automatically

٢. أهلية الاستخدام
2. Eligibility
يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٨ عاماً أو أكثر
يجب أن تكون مقيماً في المملكة العربية السعودية أو تمتلك سيارة مسجلة فيها
يجب أن تمتلك رقم جوال سعودياً فعّالاً لاستقبال رمز OTP
يُحظر استخدام التطبيق لأغراض تجارية دون إذن كتابي مسبق
You must be 18 years of age or older
You must be a resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or own a vehicle registered there
You must have an active Saudi mobile number to receive the OTP code
Commercial use of the app is prohibited without prior written permission

أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على أمان جهازك وحسابك
لا تشارك رمز OTP مع أي شخص — قدرها لن تطلب منك رمز التحقق أبداً
أخبرنا فوراً على support@qadrha.com إذا اشتبهت بأي استخدام غير مصرح به لحسابك
يحق لنا تعليق الحسابات التي تنتهك هذه الشروط
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account
Never share your OTP code with anyone — Qadrha will never ask for it
Notify us immediately at support@qadrha.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى بيانات مستخدمين آخرين
استخدام التطبيق لأي نشاط غير قانوني
إساءة استخدام مساعد الذكاء الاصطناعي أو إرسال محتوى ضار أو مسيء
الاستخراج الآلي (scraping) لبيانات التطبيق
محاولة عكس هندسة (reverse engineer) التطبيق أو اختراق بنيته التحتية
Enter false or misleading vehicle data
Attempt unauthorized access to other users' data
Use the app for any illegal activity
Misuse the AI Advisor or submit harmful or abusive content
Scrape or automatically extract app data
Attempt to reverse engineer the app or breach its infrastructure
٥. المحتوى الذي تقدمه
5. Content You Provide
عند رفع صورة الاستمارة أو إدخال بيانات سيارتك، فإنك تمنحنا ترخيصاً محدوداً ومؤقتاً لمعالجة هذه البيانات لتقديم الخدمة فقط. أنت تضمن أن هذه البيانات خاصة بك وأن لك الحق في تقديمها.
When you upload an Istimara photo or enter your vehicle data, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process that data solely to provide the service. You warrant that this data belongs to you and that you have the right to submit it.

نسعى لتقديم معلومات دقيقة، غير أن قيم الصيانة ومعلومات الضمان وتقديرات قيمة السيارة استرشادية فقط. لا يُغني التطبيق عن استشارة متخصص معتمد.
We strive to provide accurate information, but maintenance values, warranty information, and car value estimates are for guidance only. The app does not replace consultation with an accredited specialist.

AI Istimara Reading
قد لا تكون عملية استخراج بيانات الاستمارة دقيقة ١٠٠٪ في جميع الحالات. يُرجى التحقق دائماً من البيانات المستخرجة قبل الاعتماد عليها.
The Istimara data extraction process may not be 100% accurate in all cases. Always verify the extracted data before relying on it.
توافر الخدمة
Service Availability
لا نضمن توافر التطبيق بلا انقطاع. قد تُوقف الخدمة مؤقتاً للصيانة أو الترقيات، وسنسعى لإبلاغك مسبقاً.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app. The service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or upgrades, and we will endeavour to notify you in advance.
٧. الملكية الفكرية
7. Intellectual Property
التطبيق وجميع محتوياته — بما فيها التصميم والشعار وخوارزميات الذكاء الاصطناعي ومحتوى Car Value Score وخارطة الصيانة — ملك حصري لشركة قدرها ومحمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية السارية في المملكة العربية السعودية. لا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة توزيعها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.
The app and all its content — including design, logo, AI algorithms, Car Value Score content, and Maintenance Roadmap — are the exclusive property of Qadrha and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They may not be copied or redistributed without prior written permission.
٨. تحديد المسؤولية
8. Limitation of Liability
في أقصى حد تسمح به الأنظمة المعمول بها، لن تكون قدرها مسؤولة عن:

أي ضرر ينتج عن أعطال تقنية أو انقطاع الخدمة
قرارات الصيانة أو الإصلاح المبنية على توصيات التطبيق
أي محتوى طرف ثالث مرتبط بالتطبيق أو موقعنا الإلكتروني
Any financial losses arising from reliance on app assessments
Any damage resulting from technical failures or service interruptions
Maintenance or repair decisions based on app recommendations
Any third-party content linked from the app or our website
٩. القانون الحاكم وتسوية النزاعات
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقاً لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. في حال نشوء أي نزاع، يُسعى أولاً إلى تسويته ودياً. في حال تعذّر ذلك، تختص المحاكم المختصة في المملكة العربية السعودية بالفصل فيه.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute, an amicable resolution will first be sought. If not possible, the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have jurisdiction.
١٠. التعديلات على الشروط
10. Modifications to Terms
نحتفظ بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سيُبلَّغ المستخدمون بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر إشعار داخل التطبيق. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد سريان التغييرات يُعدّ موافقةً عليها.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via an in-app notification. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
